With you in mind, I’ve infused east meets west modalities to provide you with focus result driven skin care, in a luxuriously relaxing environment, wherein every provision has been made for you to experience the highest level of comfort, as you receive tailored facials and body treatments.

To help you to have a clear understanding of the ARAJEE Skincare Policies, Procedures & Spa Etiquette, please take a moment to read the following content.

Appointments

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you and once scheduled, the time of your appointment is no longer available to other clients who desired to have the same appointment date and time. 

All appointments must be scheduled online. ARAJEE Skincare uses SimpleSpa to schedule in person and virtual appointments and Stripe to process credit and debit card transactions. Both features are for your convenience and are completely secure to protect your private information. When scheduling your appointment online,  your personal information which includes your name, will not be visible on the appointment calendar to ensure client confidentially.

Please note: Should you arrive late for your appointment, your scheduled appointment will conclude at the scheduled time and will not be extended unless on rare occasions there is sufficient time available to do so. The service charge associated with your appointment will not be reduced if you are running late.

Treatment Prices

All prices are subject to change. However, services schedule before a price change will be honored, and clients will be kept up to date regarding any increases in pricing.

Specials

Spa specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotions.

No Shows | Cancellations | Rescheduling

Appointments are guaranteed with a major credit or debit card, through Stripe and Square Processing, both of which utilize the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) for layered security.  Upon scheduling, a valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your appointment. Nothing will be charged at that time.

I ask that you provide 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time, should you need to cancel or reschedule  your appointment, failure to do so will be automatically subject to a $50 if you do not provide 24 hours notice. A $50 No Show fee will also be charged “No Exceptions”.

If you “No Shows/cancel/reschedule” more than once you will be required to pay a 50% no refundable deposit for future appointments.

At Arajee Skincare we realize that sometimes  sudden illness (of you or a loved one) or other emergency situation can arise and  prevent you from giving  a 24 hours cancellation notice, unfortunately it is extremely difficult to determine who is being sincere and who may be saying that they have an illness or emergency situation to avoid being charged, for that reason, if the 24 hour policy is not kept, the fee will not be waived unless weather conditions as provided by the weather bureau does not permit safe travel.  

Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave. 

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of business, ARAJEE Skincare does not provide refunds on “Services that have been rendered, or VIP Memberships months that have not been used.

We will gladly refund or exchange unused products, if you return the product with your purchase receipt within 7 days of purchase. However, please note that products can only be refunded if unused and in its original un tampered packaging.

For online product order returns, the item must be returned unopened untampered and in its original packaging, for  a refund to be issued, shipping charges will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to pay and arrange for shipping the product back to us if you are returning an online purchase.

6. Gift card orders are not exchangeable nor refundable.

Personal Belongings

Though you will be in a safe and secure Spa environment, I still encourage you to leave your jewelry and valuable items at home, as working around earrings, bracelets and necklaces can interfere with your treatment. If you have to wear jewelry, you will be asked to remove it during the service, though you can choose not to. If removed you will be able to place your jewelry in a safe place in the treatment room. That is within clear sight. However, please note that ARAJEE Skincare  is not responsible and will not be made liable for any damage to jewelry, watches or clothing that may occur during treatment or for any misplaced or lost items.

Cell Phones

I kindly ask that you turn your cell phone to silent or vibrate upon arrival, remember that this is your time to enjoy uninterrupted. Should you need to make or receive a phone call your cell phone please be aware that doing so may affect the length of your spa service, if there is another scheduled appointment directly after your appointment time.

Return Policy

Providing you with the highest-quality of skin and body treatments is important and as a result, I may make product recommendations for your home use, however due to the nature of business ARAJEE Skincare does not provide refunds on opened products. (See above for Refund Policy) Should you want to exchange a product, you may do by returning the unopened product, which must be completely sealed with no damage to the packaging, within 7  business days from the date of purchase, provided you can produce a purchase receipt. 

Opened products must be no more than 5% used and must be returned with the purchase receipt, within 7 days of purchase for a Spa credit to be given as no refunds will be issued.

Products not returned as outline above will not receive a spa credit.

Gift Certificates

EGift Certificates, Gift Certificates are available  and may be purchased from the ARAJEE Skincare online store or in person at the Arajee Skincare Day Spa.  Refunds are not given on gift cards / gift certificate purchases and any unused monetary value cannot be redeem for cash, but may be applied towards additional services.  

Gift cards / gift certificates, are for service use only and cannot be applied toward products, VIP Memberships dues.. 

Please Note: That Gift Cards and Gift Certificate must be produced at the time of service, to be redeemed, and  may only be used by the gift card recipient. Further more Arajee Skincare will not honor services if the gift certificate cannot be produced and no refund, credit or replacements of gift certificates will be issued even if lost, misplaced or stolen. 

Gift Certificate appointments must be scheduled online and a valid credit card is required to guarantee the appointment. (Please see Appointments)
