PLEASE NOTE: Monthly payments will occur on the same date of each month.
PAYMENTS A valid credit card or debit card is required to enroll as a VIP Member. Should a payment be declined, Membership benefits will be suspended immediately. To restore Membership, an alternative method of payment must be provided for membership benefits to be reinstated.
GENERAL TERMS AND DISCLOSURES You may cancel your membership at any time by providing Arajee Skincare with a 30-day Cancellation notice. However, you will still be responsible for the payment of the membership month leading up to the membership exit date.
NO SHOW, LATE CANCELLATIONS Arajee Skincare’s NO Show / Late Cancellation policy still applies to VIP MEMBERS. If you miss or late cancel your scheduled appointment you may reschedule however a $50 No Show / Late Cancellation fee will be charged Per Arajee Skincare Policy. TRANSFERABILITY Memberships are granted on an individual basis, and are therefore non-transferable, and are not transferable to other members of the Member’s household and/or family and friends.
FREEZING MEMBERSHIP Members may freeze Membership for one month only by completing a Freeze Membership Request Form which will be sent via the Client Portal for completion. The Month in which the Membership is frozen will be added to the end of membership term and billed accordingly
EXCLUSIONS Other services may not replace those included in the membership program but may be purchased for a separate discounted rate as mentioned in the terms of the membership. Discounts are not valid on the purchase of gift certificates unless otherwise stated.
MINORS Minors must have the Membership Agreement entered into by a parent or guardian.
TERMINATION Arajee Skincare reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to terminate or to deny re-enrollment of a Member for any reason.
MEMBERSHIP FEE’S May increase however VIP Members will receive notice about any increases in pricing, however, during your contracted membership prices will not increase during the current membership.
